La Bella Italia for Italian food, Italian wines, Italian Cuisine and Italian experience
I was never a Italian food eater, but I do like to try out new things every now & then. Last week, I went to this Italian place , La Bella Italia; in Petone, Wellington, New Zealand, since I had heard about it a lot and also read about it in Cuisine Magazine. (8th March 2006 issue) and tried out simple vegetarian Italian dishes. Tell you folks, the food was amazing. I tried a couple of Pasta dishes and antipasto platter and it was yummy. My parents are not a great eater when it comes to new food, but they loved it as well. We were served Zonin Asti which again was awesome. Anyway to cut the long story short, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch (its not open for dinner, unfortunately, but apparently, they do Dinner Demonstrations - as I found out later from its website)
